Stan Chart 2007

Oh man.. the run is going to start in 7hrs time but my leg still haven seem to recover from thurs morning run.. =( 2 yrs out of army already, i m not sure if my mental strength is still as tough as b4.. Even if it is not there, it has to be there tml man.. Tml will be a tough day coz i have to try to keep up with eng soon.. if i cant keep up with him, it will mean that i will have to complete the rest of the journey alone liao haha.. shall go slp now loh.. nitez all! =)
