Singapore Bay Run 2007

Woke up at 3.30am in the morning to prepare for the 21km AHM run. My muscles are still aching from the 2 rounds ard NTU on fri man.. By rite i shldn't be running so much juz 2 days b4 the race but i think i still needa clock the dist. Jia lat sia, this is the 1st time i ran 21km with juz 2 trainings.. =(

The first 10 kilometres were still quite okie and most of the targets that me and eng soon wanted to over take were over taken smoothly, except for 2 cute ACJC runners. The next few km was abit worse.. Was lagging behind es most of the time but still managed to force myself to keep up with him. And thanks to the 8 farts he let out during the run, i was determined not to fall behind him and get hitted by his bombs.. The last part was pure mental. Fired by the determination to keep as close as es and also catch up with the 2 ACJC girls, my legs and mind sudddenly feel energized again. But shucks.. i still din managed to catch up with the 2 girls.. =(

It was onli when i reached home that i realised an army captain had died during the run.. wah piangz.. how come it is always guys de arh and so near my age grp some more.. Sianz.. Anyway, the run was good.. Really thanks my mum for waking up at 3.30am to boil egg for me and es's dad who drove us to city hall during this ulu hr..

Hopefully 50 yrs down the road, i m still strong enuf to do all these stuffs haah.. The veterans runners really motivate me to run.. Some are alr 50+ yrs old but they still can let the NSFs to eat their dust.. oh yah, and special thanks to my legs too.. For not giving up when i tot they shld be giving up hahaha..

Too busy to post anything for the past few weeks.. anyway.. Yay! My colleague is finally returning frm India nxt wk le.. I shall officially leave the company and concentrate on studying alr.. Been lagging so much behind liao.. =(

Badminton game

Met brandon, yew kiong and andrew for badminton at PUB recreational club today. Thanks to the weekly coaching and matches with my JTC colleagues, I finally can pose some threat to the 3 of them liao hahaha.. Really had alot of fun and come to think of it, it is almost 1 and a 1/2 yrs since i last played with them in seletar camp. Time really flies man, that time brandon was still teaching me the basics of badminton haah..

Oh and forgot to mention that brandon's dad is the real pro man.. Me and yk played 2 v 1 against him and guess wats the score?? 15-1.. brandon's dad 15, me + yk 1.. =( haha.. i still got a long way to go in badminton man..

Enjoyed listening to yk and andr talking abt the things that happened in their hall's FOC.. It juz seemed so happening there.. Mayb i shld join hall some day.. =)

Yay.. Won a lucky draw juz before i leave the company hahaha..
Din want to fill in the lucky draw form at first since i dun have an employee no. but my boss says juz fill in any number will do and ta la.. I won a USB cup warmer with its price tag still on haah.. Cool.. =)
