hmm.. i tooked 1 yr plus to post my 100th msg haa.. i m really damn slack man.. but i think the trend shld continue tho.. my number 200th posting shld come another few yrs later haa.. =P

Running with a goal in mind

Was facing really a lot of distractions recently.. Haven really enjoyed a nice meal or a nice sleep for quite sometime alr and exams dates are getting closer and closer.. WTF man.. Despite all this, i am still proud of myself that i was able to keep the smile on me. There are so much stuff that i dunno which 1 to start with but i have decided not to procrastincate anymore.. Its time to start facing and tackling them 1 by 1 from today..

Gotta make a hard decision last nite again.. My JC classmate Sandy, once told me that once a decision has been made, stick with it and never regret. I shall now use this advice to propel myself forward. I really need to starting moving now.. My laid back and passive nature has costed me too much impt stuff already. Now all i need to do is regain my confidence and start running again.. Running with a goal in mind and not aimlessly anymore. =)

*for those who dun noe me well, thats Ben, nothing can bring him down unless he does it himself. And koping another quote from my good friend benedict, "Tough time dun last, tough man does".. Everytime i meet an upslope during running, i will always conquer it without fear, coz i know that the downslope is juz further down.

For those stressing over exams, Jia you man.. U can do it de!! =)

Stan Chart Marathon

1 year ago, when i finished the Stan Chart Marathon, i said to myself that i dun want to go thru that hell again nxt yr..

1 year later, I seem to have forgotten the shit that i went thru 1 yr ago by registering for it again.. $#&&%

juz like Nike's and Adidas's slogan.. Just Do It, Nothing is impossible..

Seems like I juz love to use marathon as a platform to train my endurance and determination haha =)

Saucony Hurricane

Introducing the new replacement for my old DS Trainer. Bought this pair of running shoes under the recommendation of alan. Since he is a staff a running lab, i managed to get the pair at staff price, which is 60% of the original price.. =) Took it for a test run a few days ago and it is really good man.. Shall start my AHM training with it soon le.. time is running out hahaha

Tribute to my old running shoe

After looking at the condition of my Asics DS Trainer, i have decided to officially retire it while it is still in 1 piece. The last time i ran using it, a piece of plastic came off.. =(

This pair of shoes is the 1st pair of running shoe that i bought. It sticked with me thru out army and lasted another 2 yrs during my uni.. with it i have ran 2 full marathon, 4 half marathons and countless of 10 & 15km runs. This pair of shoes started my running hobby and i shall continue to run in memory of it.. Thanks and good bye shoes.. =)

The Dark Knight

Watched Batman 3 weeks ago.. Due to some stuff, i was abit pissed and not in any mood for any movie that day actually. but at the end of the movie i suddenly got inspired by Batman, by the way he ignores how the citizens treat him and continue to protect the citizen silently as a dark knight.

I left the cinema enlightened. It doesn't matter how the others treat you, the most impt thing is that u urself have treat them the right way, juz like wat Batman did.. as the Dark Knight =)

King of Excel

haa.. after 3 weeks of using excel in toyota i have started to learn how to use complicated functions like this liao hahaha..

Bday celebrations in kster

Met my uni friends on sat nite in kster. That place is cool man.. Din know that we can watch soccer and sing at the same time haha.. caught the arsenal and man u matches while we were singing.

Haa.. their plot to smash me with the cake failed since the cakes were still frozen hahaha.. Drank 2 mug of beers there and ended up with a super red face.. Shucks, abit allergic to alcohol also.. so now i m spending my bday scratching myself.. =(

River Island Voucher!!

Had dinner with sheng yuan, yong kwang and kang di on friday nite at the Central. Went to try the Curry Udon at the Wa(dunno wat) Restaurant. Was ushered to a table which is right smack in the middle of a large grp of social escorts. Din realised that they were social escorts until we heard all of them calling an old auntie "mummy" and overhead one of them complaining saying that her client say she is fat hahaha..

Wanted to go to the sun and moon restaurant for desserts but all the tables were reserved. The 4 of us thus had hoikkaido ice cream instead. kwang ignored sy's warning that the double scoop cone ice cream melts very fast and ended up dripping his green tea and tiramisu everywhere haa..

Was quite surprised to receive a $50 river island voucher from them. was originally waiting for my $105 shirt to move to the "on sale" section. now no need le wahaha.. =)

Tennis lesson 1

after telling benedict that i wanna learn tennis from him and shengjie.. i finally got my wish on thursday haha.. kept forgeting his advice to lock my wrist when playing and ended up with a painful wrist the nxt day haha.. But i think i still sux in tennis sia and poor shengjie has to help me pick up the balls which sometimes ended 2 courts alway haha..

Ended the day having dinner @ Fish and Co with alexis, benedict and sheng jie. Had fun talking rubbish with them thru out the whole dinner hahaha..

Ben change the world..

Have been taking alot of naps without doing anything for the past few days so i decided to go to the jurong west stadium for a short run to refresh myself.. Somehow halfway during the run i regain my love for running and ended up running 20rounds ard the track haha.. The feeling for running is back again man!

Shit sia.. i think i got Attention Deficit Disorder hahaha.. i m very easily distracted by the surrounding and have short attention span.. sometimes i when chat with pple half way i will get look away and do other stuffs without realising.. My friend says zidane also have this prob haa.. Really needa keep myself more focus man.. Sorry for my short attention span wahaha..

Went back to IT show again today.. The IT guy opened up the casing and reconnected the hard disk inside, after that it worked le. But when i got home it din work again.. nbz..

Did the same steps that the IT guy at home and the prob is fixed again.. haiz..

Anyway.. bought a new bag at the IT fair today also.. Coz my stupid buddy kept saying i looked like i had juz robbed a bank with the old marathon bag.. >.<

Damn pissed..

Ahhh... bought a 120gb 2.5 hard disk at the IT show today but it is not detectable by both my desktop and laptop. spent ard 3 hrs trying to rectify the prob but still cant solve it.. Super pissed..

Impromptu Presentation

Shit.. i think i flopped during my impromptu presentation.. supposed to present it in a business-like manner but i presented it in my usual super informal way again haha.. =( threw a couple of smoke grenades out also but from the face of the tutor, i think she knew they are duds.. die liao le!!

Poor sis..

My sis came home crying today. A malay guy snatched her handphone when she was downstairs. She was using the phone when someone tap her and snatch her hp.. My sis retailated and broke the guy's specs instead but he still managed to run way with her phone. Ran down immediately to search for the guy but couldn't find him..

Shit that guy man.. my precious sis he also dare to touch.. dun let me catch him man, or else he will realise that his specs is not the only thing that will be broken.. =(

The only consolation is that my sis is safe and sound slping on the sofa beside me now.. =) juz hurts me to see her so sad.. hope everything will be fine when she wakes up tomorrow sia..
