Both my knees hurt alot when i came out from the forensic hall.. It seems to be a sign for me to stop running super long dist liao.. Dun wanna end up using a walking stick by the time i reached 60 yrs old haha.. Shall "retire" for a while and cap my max running dist at 21km for the nxt 2 yrs.. =)
